BEVA position statement on bitless bridles
July 20, 2015

The British Equine Veterinary Association have released their position statement on bitless bridles:
BEVA believes that the welfare of animals is of paramount importance. It does not recognise bitless bridles as being necessarily more humane than other forms of bridle but it does not see any justification for the prohibition of bitless bridles in certain equestrian disciplines.
You can find their official statement on their website here.
